Staging Helps Homes Sell Faster


Various studies from the National Association of Realtors have shown that staging does sell homes faster.  The RESA “Consumers Guide to Real Estate Staging” reports that previously unstaged homes that averages 143 days on market, averaged 43 days once staged and homes that were staged pre-listing averaged 23 days on the market.

Staging Can Lead to Higher Offers


Staging your home gets people interested in it and when multiple people are interested bidding wars can begin. A Home Staging Resource survey of survey of 3,500 staged homes, 46% sold for 10% more than they would have unstaged.
